Welcome to IntelMyApp AI. By accessing, signing up, or using this software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration & Scan Credits

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on our platform.
• Accounts are individual and cannot be shared between multiple users. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Your account is granted a monthly scan credit limit based on your active plan (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency). Unused scan credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

No Refunds: All payments made to IntelMyApp AI for subscriptions, upgrades, or extra scan credits are final and strictly non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed and credentials/credits are allocated, no refunds or partial credits will be issued under any circumstances, including plan cancellations, account terminations, unused credits, or system downtime.

3. Technical Issues & Liability Disclaimer

• No Liability for Downtime/Errors: IntelMyApp AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable or responsible for any technical issues, server downtime, database corruption, scraping failures, proxy server blockages, network delays, data loss, or API changes by Google Play Store or Apple App Store that may affect the service.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the platform. We reserve the right to temporarily pause services for system maintenance without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use & API Restrictions

• You agree not to scrape, copy, or programmatically query IntelMyApp AI analytics or database contents using unauthorized automated crawlers, bots, or scripts.
• You may only query our systems programmatically using official, authorized API tokens generated through your dashboard (available on Pro/Agency plans).
• Any attempt to initiate a Denial of Service (DoS) attack, bypass rate limits, or reverse engineer the valuation algorithms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability & Valuation Disclaimer

Disclaimer: All app revenue models, active user counts, ASO scores, and suggested acquisition valuations generated by IntelMyApp AI are automated statistical estimates based on public metadata, keyword tracking, and mathematical models. They do not constitute certified financial audits, legal counsel, or official investment advice. Users should perform independent due diligence before completing any financial transactions or acquiring digital assets.

6. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate any feature of the platform, pricing tiers, or terms of service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
